I agree. Mk11 is fun. But it's way too modular. It's clear that they made a system that made dropping assets in and out easier for the programmers. However, as a result the gameplay loop feels generic and lacks variety. MK:D was by far there best!

@@MichaelVarcade it's a shame. They have the potential to make another konquest, the krypt gameplay could of worked with a proper storyline. Hopefully we'll see a positive change in MK12 but not holding my breath.

At least this game has a more relaxing take on the average day in the MK universe, it's not a bunch of clans killing each other with shurikens and katanas but actually a normal routine, even when leaving among gods and dudes with magical powers.
