At 74 I had long ago given up on my music and was just sort of waiting for the end. You have been the major part in giving me back my life. You have been the major player in getting me off my backside and practicing again. You have been the major factor in re igniting my passion for music. I thank you and I love you. If there is heaven and I am destined to go there, I will search for you and give you a hug and my thanks from the bottom of my heart.

Beautifully said! Never quit. Never surrender your passion! Age is nothing but a number. Now that the flame is re-ignited, keep it fed and let it burn bright within your heart and soul. Let your music be your voice, just as it once was long ago. Let it flow once again through your veins. I wish you well.

this is a really astonishing performance in all aspects, amazing sound, amazing reharmonization and recomposiotion, unbeliveable thechnique and speed(especially in adition to his size) and time feel and amazing improvisation. one of the things that I truly like about his impro is the fact that he didn't care to play "simple" melodies with simple scales almoat classical like, almost not bebop and still sound amazing and interesting
