I think they mistakenly uploaded a 360 video as a regular video. The field of view looks to be 360 degrees, the ceiling and floor look to be distorted.

yea it almost looks closer to VR video with the two rendered eye positions. though probably isn't exactly that... might be accidentally uploaded it as regular HD video . Interesting effect regardless.
