Not exactly. I had it in the background of my video once (before I knew about copyright) and KZbin was all “You’ve got copyrighted music in your video. If you agree to these terms you don’t have to do anything about it.” That was that. Have a nice day! =)

Is there is specific name for the rhythm used in this song? oh god its gonna be hard to explain without being able to play it. its one note followed by two notes (forgive me i'm musically illiterate) bum bumbum bum bumbum. It's the underlying melody. Am i making any sense? somebody help!

From what I can find, it's a variation of a Swing Bass line on a 3/4 time signature. Gives it that "Ohm Pah Pah" sound. Hope this helps.
