Great style for you, looks very fabulous, especially outside. Density looks great too. The length looks much shorter on you versus other people who have reviewed this wig. Can you tell us how often you find yourself steaming? I usually do not change the part at all, my problem is just keeping a face flopper off my face. I need to steam it every wear and even then, it does not stay all day. Any tips for that without adding too much product?

Thanks so much, Donna!😀I agree with you about the length. I noticed that the Haven I received seems to be curlier than some others that have been reviewed. I normally only steam my wigs once when I first receive them to change the part and steam the fibers away from the face. I don't usually feel the need to steam them again after that. I do find that the heat friendly synthetic styles don't hold the style as well as the synthetic styles. I often wear my wigs in headbands or tucked behind my ear during the day. If I were to use a product, I would use the TressTech Wig Wax Spray by TressAllure or Jon Renau's Fiber Love Holding Spray. Hope this helps!💖

Here is the color description - "RH12/26RT4 | Light Brown with Chunky Golden Blonde Highlights and Dark Brown Roots". I'm not a color expert, but I would say this color is more golden than neutral. Hope this helps!💖

Hi Angelina, if you feel that a wig is too shiny that can easily be fixed. You can use a little bit of dry shampoo powder to tone down the shine. Due to the recent recall of some aerosolized dry shampoos, I would suggest using a powder instead of a spray. I like the Hair Dance Volumizing Dry Shampoo Powder. You can purchase it on Amazon.👍

Haven doesn't look like that out of the box. Why do you do a video and review a wig you have altered or washed? I understand you get a commission but what you're doing isn't right. I spent so much time trying to make Haven work. At no point did Haven look anything like what you are showing.

Hi Danielle, I'm sorry to hear that you are not happy with the Haven you purchased. I purchased my Haven with my previous employee discount. I did not receive a commission (unless someone used a discount code I was offering for a short period of time through wigs.com). Sometimes, I buy open box/clearance wigs, but this one was new. Just to be clear, I did not lie in my video - I did not wash or alter Haven prior to filming. My integrity is of utmost importance to me. So why did your Haven look so different? Here are 2 possible explanations. One, there are always some variances from style to style. When I buy multiples of the exact same wig, they are never exactly the same. Two, perhaps your head size is different than mine? I have a 22" circumference. If your head is smaller, the wig will appear longer and fit differently. I suggest watching reviews by a reviewer with a head size similar to yours. Wishing you all the best!💖
