I don‘t mind sponsorships in general. I fully get that they pay your income. I‘ve been criticizing the consumerism that dominates a lot of your videos. Constantly shopping for new clothes puts me off especially. Clothes are produced under horrible working conditions and furthermore, if that‘s not enough, the clothing industry produces soooo much waste! I don‘t mind watching you unpack butcher box (I‘m vegetarian), of that grocery subscription (I don’t have the money to buy this amount of snacks) or taking your probiotic (I only take the supplements that my doctor recommended to me, probiotics are not among them). Your sponsorships mean nothing to me, i am clearly not the target audience for them. But i also don’t mind them. I mind that so much of the portions of your video that are not sponsored are about shopping. Clothes, makeup, getting drinks in plastic cups, flying (!) somewhere. I still watch your videos because I like your vibe, our parasocial relationship makes me be generally invested in your life :) and I do wish you all the best. I just don’t know how long I will be able to enjoy your content despite of the wasteful lifestyle to portray in your videos. And I am aware that your lifestyle off camera might look very different, shopping and all that stuff with affiliate links just makes for easy content. Things I do enjoy in your videos: walking and exploring Beach clips Cleaning, tidying Cooking (not the fancy stuff though) Event planning Car chats (those are very brave!) House projects Antiquing / looking for things second hand (sip and thrift?) Max content Routines, get ready with me Decorating Maybe you could do an adventure series? Where you pick a spot in decent driving distance and go there to explore? I would really enjoy something like that. I appreciate you content and the time and effort you put into those videos. Because these are not full time employees. They are contractors that she pays on a hourly/per video rate. Just like you pay a plumber or handy person for their service. Yes, they are part of her support “team” but they are not FTE staff. The way she worded it was very manipulative and confusing.

Speaking as a lupus person stress plays a big part of it. I worked as a Captain in a maximum security jail for over 34 years, working 60 hour weeks and it took a toll on my lupus. She absolutely acts like she has a real job and she doesn’t. Which is fine, but quit acting like it. She has an amazing privileged life that most can only dream of, but she is not realistic about it. She is trying so hard to be relatable, but the truth is she isn’t. 90 percent of people cannot relate to her life. It is what it is. Am I jealous? Sure, in some ways. In other ways I feel very sad for her. I can say, if I had her opportunity, I certainly wouldn’t be complaining about it and guilting people into feeling bad for me because KZbin isn’t giving me the views or trying to make people feel like they should accept or understand all the sponsorships because they are “supporting other women”. I think that dish you’re going to recreate was from Campfire. I recently went there and that was my favorite thing of all the things. Interesting restaurant, very different and not for everyone. I actually thought of you when I was there because of the eclectic way of their menu.😊
