Audio advice sells great products but so far not impressed with their customer service when I purchased my HIFi Rose RS130 streaming transport. The customer service rep told me that there was no way to convert to fiber optics Ethernet because Rose didn’t make the accessories and I said but the audio advice review video said to contact there customer service for help on what I needed. So i ended up reaching out to Rose directly and the rep from Mofi distribution emailed me links to the items on Amazon and I ordered and installed on my streamer. The reps recommendation was just to connect to WiFi and didn’t even mention the fact that the unit could be connect via copper Ethernet via the SFP transceiver that came with the unit. So overall not confident that if I purchase something else that I will receive good advice.
