Man my dad died last month and I’m handling it like MB at the moment. I work in emergency healthcare I’ve helped saved lives and been in many codes but seeing my dad in the hospital loosing his mind, was completely different and having to tell the healthcare team to stop CPR because he’s in double organ failure is so hurtful. I don’t know the correct way to handle it but man it’s a different kind of pain and having to go back to work and see people twice my fathers age with multiple health issues still living I’m happy for them but human nature makes you just realize how unfair and random life is. Music has been my how I’ve dealt with it so far. Good episode

Losing people sucks but I feel as an introvert it feels more terrible. I don't know how extroverts deal with grief but as an introvert you only let so many people in and losing them feels multiplicative. I'm not going to replenish the pool of loved people. Each and every death is so painful. Maybe it is worse for extroverts too because you may lose even more loved ones because you created relationships with more people. Death is just so bad. I wish everyone grace in dealing with it.

I started watching SportsNation for Colin Cowherd, but I kept watching for Michelle Beadle. That show worked because it allowed her to be silly and funny. Michelle is not at her best when she's a correspondent (e.g. - NBCSN) or a moderator (NBA Countdown). Instead, Michelle is at her best when she's given the space to ad lib. How about "The Dan LeBatard Show with Michelle Beadle" if Stugotz bolts for WFAN?
