Some suggeations for better peeformance: drink hot water during and after training and competitions, less food and drink at night, plus meditation and yoga for a better recovery.

I find this comment kinda funny cuz when I visited my cousins in Canada I live in China btw but I moved to Canada which explains why I can use KZbin. But in Canada every since I think like uhh around 2016 which was the last time I went to Canada and the clubs in the area where my cousins live most of the coaches are asian (chinese, japanese, indoniesian, and sometimes south korean). So Canada coaches are also good but they don't have like the force power to make you do it. If they were more strict then ez top spots. And lemme tell you training in China was harsh and I don't really like it in Canada cuz too ez but still enjoy it.

How can you become a professional badminton player with no income from anywhere? Canada give you like nothing and you have to pay for your own trip to compete for Canada. It is a lose lose situation. How can you survive? I am puzzled.

@Xuyen Tram she didnt do that at all. She struggled a lot financially but she just always has faith in herself and her career. Pls don't just talk without knowing anything. It's rude, impolite, and heartless. She is my idol and I know what she has been through to be where she is today!
