People laughed at Michelle’s mother coming to live with them at the White House, but it was such a great solution. She had no official role, so was free to devote herself to supporting the rest of the family. That’s better than anything that a staff person could have provided for their children.

Grandma is a great choice for help with the children! They love the kids and they usually have a good understanding of the parent's values so they can be consistent with the overall plans and goals for the children.

That was me growing up. I went to 7 elementary schools ( 1 oversees) growing up until my parents decided we wouldn’t travel anymore when dad was deployed to a new location. It was a lot but as an adult I appear to be the most adaptable to change in my department.

One of the problems in the US is the lack of healthy food. There are other places in the world that have much better access to healthy food, where people are not forced to eat fastfood or food with so much sugar, chemicals
