@@Anue_Kr Hey understand...sometimes I may say the wrong thing😮. The workout card in the intro has the right time. We may have filmed another workout that day that had 40 on and 15 off so my mistake. I did update the description box to have the right time, so thank you. A safe and effective workout always includes a proper warm-up and cooldown. That’s why I list the workout as 40 minutes, rounding up or down to account for those important elements. Appreciate your comment. I do take all that my community says to heart.🩷😘

This was a great full body intense and sweaty workout! 😅🔥Just right for my Friday morning. I loved all the compound moves, and I felt like we hit all the major muscle groups. 💪Thank you for another fantastic workout, Michelle and crew! 😁

Wow That was awesome! A little shaky right now woop woop, gonna be 66 here in a few weeks, and really starting to challenge myself with the heavier weights, which for me is 15 lbs, it sure shows in the calories burned and my heart rate, Thank you so much for giving us these at home workouts, you guys are the best!🥰

Great workout! I liked having 15 seconds in between rather than 10. I had more time to get my weights and watch the preview of the move. Im sweaty and feeling strong! Thanks! 😅❤

I liked the workout a lot, thank you so much for sharing, Michelle! I am just wondering whether workouts that have repetition of the same moves would not be more effective than workouts with many different moves and no repetitions, but I am no expert. Maybe you could tell us 😊

I loved getting to do this the day before heading off to a conference where the gym isn't open until after I have to be at my first meeting of the day. Thank goodness you've put out so many workouts that I know I can do within the confines of our hotel room.

40 MIN totally is enough! I'd also make sure you get those 10,000 steps in daily by walking or just moving around.

I am so thankful I came across your channel ❤️ after recovering from an illness the last few months, I’ve not been able to go to my Barre, Pilates, Yoga classes.
