@@Anue_Kr Hey understand...sometimes I may say the wrong thing😮. The workout card in the intro has the right time. We may have filmed another workout that day that had 40 on and 15 off so my mistake. I did update the description box to have the right time, so thank you. A safe and effective workout always includes a proper warm-up and cooldown. That’s why I list the workout as 40 minutes, rounding up or down to account for those important elements. Appreciate your comment. I do take all that my community says to heart.🩷😘

Wow That was awesome! A little shaky right now woop woop, gonna be 66 here in a few weeks, and really starting to challenge myself with the heavier weights, which for me is 15 lbs, it sure shows in the calories burned and my heart rate, Thank you so much for giving us these at home workouts, you guys are the best!🥰
