I didn’t think I was going to make it through, but the lady on the back in green really helped me see how I could modify and press on! Those end stretches were tricky but I feel so good now!

I just LOVE your workouts! I never get bored as there are so many to choose from! I really appreciate how you talk us through each move making sure we’re executing them perfectly. Sometimes, when you give us a pointer to adjust, I really feel the difference. So much better than those trainers who just offer silent workouts. Yours are SO much better. I was wondering what time you were working out for it to be moderately cool . I had been using 8 and 5 lbs dumbbells and today I used my new 10 lbs weights for some exercises and really enjoyed this workout. Thank you Michelle!

This was a good one today. Needed a weight workout. I tried to do the new 20 min abs after and only made it 1/2 way. We did a lot in the 30 min here!
