I didn’t think I was going to make it through, but the lady on the back in green really helped me see how I could modify and press on! Those end stretches were tricky but I feel so good now!

Thank you for the piyo reminder! I’m on vacation next week and was worried about equipment! Love some piyo! That is how I discovered you, back when you had a handful of piyo videos done in a gym with a room full of people😂

I just LOVE your workouts! I never get bored as there are so many to choose from! I really appreciate how you talk us through each move making sure we’re executing them perfectly. Sometimes, when you give us a pointer to adjust, I really feel the difference. So much better than those trainers who just offer silent workouts. Yours are SO much better. Also really love how you advise us on the Apple Watch setting for each workout. Thanks Michelle and team! ❤

I was wondering what time you were working out for it to be moderately cool . I had been using 8 and 5 lbs dumbbells and today I used my new 10 lbs weights for some exercises and really enjoyed this workout. Thank you Michelle!

This was a good one today. Needed a weight workout. I tried to do the new 20 min abs after and only made it 1/2 way. We did a lot in the 30 min here!
