Silent viewer here. I'm always very impressed by how Michelle celebrates the small wins just as much as she does the larger ones. Everything today is so mammoth in scale, that it's easy to feel like our accomplishments are insignificant if they don't stack up. This is something I really practice myself, as well as indicate to friends of mine. Make your bed, brush your hair, whatever, it doesn't have to be maximum all the time. Celebrate making it through the day. Michelle has helped me slow down, and bring it all back to focus, while remaining personal the entire video. It truly is a "diary"

Yeah. I've usually felt helpless in my life achievenesses, even though I'm always doing something even if it's a little thing. We easily forget how great we're going on every day and it's easy to miss that something we're always doing has been stacked up.

Making friends is SUCH a big win for people who suffer from social anxiety. I still remember from back in the eigth grade, texting my mother at a random time in school saying "mom, i think i made a new friend!!!". I was so happy, and I am still friends with her almost 6 years later. We're not as close as we used to be, but its alright. Its such an exhausting task to make friends, but so rewarding when you find someone you really click with.

I made a friend on my first day of grade2 , back in 2010. She was this really cheerful, extroverted ball of sunshine and she always helped me come out of my comfort zone.. We were the best of friends for over 6 years. And in grade 9, she killed herself. She was one of the two friends I had.. I still miss her everyday.

Thank you for sharing so honesty about your relationship! Nothing to be ashamed about. Actually so many of us get back in a relationship and break up not long after. It happens more than you think. And it is so nice to see you share because so many girls would wonder if there is something wrong with them. It's crucial to walk away from people or things that don't work out. If it isn't working now, there will be more issues down the road. I'm speaking from experience, left my ex a year ago, he came back, tried and boom done. I'm still single now, but I bought a sweet home and living alone and taking time to understand myself in a deeper level. Happier than ever!

i’ve always felt the same way about publicizing relationships. people are always worried about how awkward it will be afterwards but in the moment, i want to document and live it all vibrantly. it’s never shameful to have loved someone and just as relationships start and thrive, they may end and that’s okay. it’s a part of our lives and i don’t want to hide it in fear of when it “ends” and things become “awkward”

I am very proud of you Michelle. In regards to your relationship, I don't know everything you went through but I admired how you wanted to fight for it. Even though you both had broke up, you wanted to try again. Sometimes we may give up on things too easily or leave when it gets hard. Now you know you tried and isn't that why we live? To risk. To experience. To heal. I am sure it isn't easy but thank you for being vulnerable. I can't wait until you announce marriage and a child (if that is what you want). I started watching you in Quarantine (2020). Your YT videos have healing properties. Idk you but I am rooting for you! 🙌🏽😊 Also, I am an introvert and social gatherings make me anxious. This year will be a year of getting out my comfort zone. Just like you have! 😊 This video was a reminder and encouragement for me! And have fun in Korea! I went in 2018. I'd love to visit again 🥰

@emiliablaze2 жыл бұрын
honestly same. my best advice, seriously, is to embrace the fact that you’re an introvert. society might say that it’s weird or wrong to not socialize all the time, but once you leave that behind you can live your life how you actually want to. i felt bad for years for not socializing often because thats what society tells you, and once i let it go and just embraced my true nature my life became a billion times better, no joke. If socializing is draining for you, it’s better to stay with one good work friend than to force friendships because you were unintentionally told to by society :)
