My new favorite Channel 🥰…. My way of providing self care is reading and jigsaw puzzling.. and I don’t talk on the phone on Saturday and Sunday unless it’s an emergency… it took a long time for my family and friends to realize I was serious ☺️

Turning off the phone for the weekend is wonderful. You have to be comfortable in being alone and cherish being silent. The peace is unmatched. Now that I am retired….yes, I’m a much older viewer, I have gone a whole week and not realized I’ve done so. I able to complete my thoughts. After a that when I do meet up with someone my mouth can run a mile a minute…I guess to make up for lost time 😅. Try it for sure.

Have much shorter hair, but I use a dedicated a Swiffer Vac in my bathroom instead, and that worked very well for me. The stationary vacuum looks very interesting!
