i don't eat breakfast anymore...it helped with my fat loss :) .. I feel much better now. Those grumble in your tummy are called Ghrelin which is your body isnt used to having an empty stomach. but if you drink black coffee, water or green tea the hunger factor disappears. I even train fasted too. But when I do eat, it's a large meal... sometimes just 1 meal a day (OMAD) or 2 meals. Theyre big so I dont reduce my BMR too quiuckly.

thats actually an amount of subscribers many youtubers in my country have and they survive very well. so not necessary to have savings or parental support. living at home surely helps but i think shes fine.
