Tucking in the thumb actually added a new dimension to my flow even tho I'm just starting this Angel flow.

Ok. I get it now. Suck at it, sure. But I get it. So dope. Wasn't happening until I started changing angle that I start the roll, and that's what kept it rolling. 🙌

You are amazing! I picked up staff spinning after binge watching star wars and then your videos. Do you have any tips for getting it to roll across your shoulders/neck? I can do the first half, and I can do the second half, but for some reason I can't seem to put it together! (I'm using a bigger staff so maybe that has something to do with it?) I've been trying for ages and I can't quite seem to get it right?
