Hey there! I love covering these songs from Mother. There's something special about these games and songs!
I tried several new things here. I knew I wanted to add lots of harmonies - because the word "harmony" is in the song ^^. Lots of love was put into this arrangement!
Thank you Matt for playing drums here! It was fun to collaborate with him as always; I love what he comes up with. Once I put his drums in the song, it was cool to hear how much his drums added to the last part.

So, I accidentally clicked on Pascal Michael Stiefel and Laura Platt's cover of this same piece, thinking it was yours. It was basically a Symphonic-Evolutions-level orchestration of the theme which absolutely knocked it out of the park. I was feeling a bit bad when I found the video I meant to watch, which was this one, for giving it such a tough act to follow. After listening to a full orchestra give it their all, hearing you render the same tune with just a piano and your voice gave me chills. You oughta be proud.

This song always makes me smile, and your arrangement was especially charming. The "Home Sweet Home" phrase was really sweet, and your ambition on the vocals' harmony always turns out lovely. These pitches are so on-key that my mind has a hard time processing it. I expect natural dissonance, but you're hitting these chords so easily! It makes the intentional dissonant moments in your arrangements way more poignant. A good example in this piece is the overlaid aria-like high notes after about 1:40. Anyway, blown away by this and everything else. You make wonderful music!
