I just came across your video. I am so thankful. I am eight weeks almost post hysterectomy and major prolapse reconstructive repair. I am 53 and terrified that I will do damage to what the doctor has repaired. I am hoping this will help. Thank you again for your wonderful videos I will be seeing my doctor in a few days for my eight week check up. I will ask him if he can clear me for these.

Hi Michelle, on you web site (www.pelvicexercises.com.au/how-to-lunge/) you instructed to engage the pelvic floor prior and during the lunge. But you didn’t do that in this video. Is engaging the pelvic floor during lunges still recommended or has there been new recommendations since you wrote the instructions on your website? Thanks!

I have chondromalacia patella so I couldn't do the lunges, but everything else I already do for my knee physical therapy 🙂 I'm so glad I can still do my knee exercises

Wouldn't the first few exercises put pressure on your pelvic floor. My doctor said to avoid bending over too much and picking up heavy things. Just wondering. Thank you

Lose weight all over - there's no specific way of fat reducing from the butt other than surgery. Weight loss occurs from all areas of the body. You can tone your butt with glute exercises so that it's strong and firm - all the best
