That’s awesome, Michelle I wanted to ask you, what do you normally do for food? Since you’re at university, do you have a kitchen and stuff in your dormitory or what do you normally do for meals? Also, how did you figure out which places are Shady, avoiding restaurants and stuff that would make you sick in China?

we do have shared kitchen in the dorm. for meals, i alternate between cooking, delivery (app: meituan/eleme), uni's canteen, and restaurants; i usually go to the ones recommended by seniors/friends. the food here is mostly safe dw! just avoid ones that look completely empty during rush hour - that's usually a good tell.
