Frankenstein Halloween Wreath Tutorial New Dollar Tree Wreath Kits ~ Quick Easy & Fun Halloween DIY

Good morning Crafters, I have a Frankenstein Halloween wreath for you. In today's crafting adventure I am trying out one of the new Dollar Tree wreath decorating kits. They have four wreath attachments to choose from a witch, ghost, skeleton and the one we are using today Mr. Frankenstein. The wreath kits are made to go on a 14 inch wreath form but today I will be using an 8 inch form instead. Let me show you how to put together this quick and simple Halloween wreath using Dollar Trees new wreath kits.
