The fact is that Harbaugh/UM dropped the court challenge when the Big Ten presented them with damning evidence that they are passing on to the NCAA. The first round of staff firings started the next day. I actually like Harbaugh, but he’s DONE at the college level. He’ll be in the NFL by next summer.

Guys, of course it was the pressure on Sherrone. That man had the weight of a potential National Championship on his shoulders. He wasn’t even the Offensive Coordinator until this year! He went from nobody to the weight of college football championships on his shoulders virtually overnight! The relief that he came through for the man, the team, the school, and the fans was overwhelming. And he SUCCEEDED at the HIGHEST LEVEL. He did an incredible job. He saved the season for Michigan. Of course he’s going to cry. The love he has for all of these people and the university, and the realization he came through in the most important moment of his life would be absolutely incredible. Cry away Sherrone! Well deserved!! ♥️

The B1G doesn't owe you a conclusion to the NCAA's investigation. The B1G has enough evidence to prove you broke the rules (hence the so-called, punishment they gave the UofM). Pre-scouting is a violation of a RULE, not a LAW. You aren't entitled to a court decision for breaking a RULE. It's NOT a CIVIL matter. Now, the investigation is a different story, you will NEED your day in court for that because we're talking about broken federal LAWS in the near future.

There are a few things very wrong with the way this situation is being handled: 1. Neglecting the fundamental innocent until proven guilty principle. Big Ten clearly stated in their document released to Michigan that they have yet to find evidence of Harbaugh having knowledge of the incidents. I feel like I don't need to say anything more on this. 2. Removing a head coach 24 hours before a top 10 battle is not only placing tremendous pressure and stress on student athletes who pretty much had zero involvement with the scandal, but it is also providing Penn State with a pretty obvious advantage on the field. This is an example of an unethical third party interference with a football match. 3. Singling out Michigan as a villain when the truth is that every single competitive college football team scouts opponents in one way or another (in person scouting included and we will see more cases surface in the future with this case as a catalyst). Even when evidence surfaced of schools like OSU were compiling and sharing signal data with other schools, Big Ten has commented nothing on the matter... Now the entire Michigan fanbase and student athletes are getting witch hunted. Makes me wonder where common sense went... At the end of the day, the ONLY result of the case should be changing the super antique rules to allow for helmet communications so we never encounter such retarded controversy again.

It's funny to me how every CFB fan seems to know EXACTLY what happened and that Michigan is "guilty" but yet the NCAA investigation has not even finished. The parts they have gone through thoroughly so far they have found no evidence JH or MI knew about what conor was doing.

I've never seen a Michigan team that so embodies the term team. There are no selfish players. Most games the starters are out by the 3rd quarter and they are cool with it. Suspensions happen in every work environment. You are suspended pending investigation. After the investigation it is determined whether you can return to work or have to look for another job. Get reimbursed for time lost, have to accept a smaller paycheck or pay fines, depending upon the company policies pertaining to the infractions/damages you are accused of and the results of the investigation. You should be more upset if he was getting paid while suspended, especially if the verdict is determined against him, just like government workers and corporate workers. They all get their money and don't have to suffer the consequences of their actions, unlike us little peons and pawns.
