Don't sleep on Jordan Marshall. He's a beast! They aren't talking about him yet, but they will. And Davis only dropped because of his height, not his play.

I wouldn't sleep on Davis at QB by the time Fall rolls around. His H.S. tape shows a guy that is quick on processing and VERY accurate. We need someone who can get the ball out and keep the chains moving. Not sure how much I want to see Orji on 3 and 6🤔

I can see Orji starting with Tuttel as back up. Davis comes to play in the second half of the season. Davis should practice after hours like JJ and the Don and others did. After games, days off etc....

Bruh, Michigan Wr's always get down played , but mysteriously foes well in the nfl. We have dope receivers. You have to get them the ball. Morris out ran everyone on bamas team for that td in the rose bowl. He finished that play. Get our guys the ball off playaction, and let's go. This portal ish has become like crutches. Develop our guys before they hit the portal. Go Blue! 〽️🏈💯👑

Any information on Jason Hewlett and DJ Waller? I been trying to find out information(Jason’s my nephew) I just don’t wanna listen to a whole show with me not being a Michigan fan

Hewlett is someone that Jean-Mary wants to see take a step in spring. He's behind some pretty good talent so we'll see there. Waller should see playing time, he's been hyped up by guys like Will Johnson.

Michigan needs to do the late spring games, the early spring game the weather is a major factor so we dont get the turnout of an osu. When need to do later in april from now on and charge attendance, and make it clear to fans the money will be used for nil purposes.

Why does anyone think it’s going to be Orji? The comparison of Orji to McNamara is ridiculous . Orji has thrown one pass in two years. He’s never been asked to read a defense. He’s also the only QB that didn’t run the regular UM offense last year. So you’re ready to completely scrap the Michigan offense? With a run heavy offense you have to have a guy who is a threat to throw the ball and throw it accurately. That is not Orji.

Did you watch last year's spring game? Orji looked great and dangerous and Tuttle looked like a train wreck

Spring game? Are you serious? Hall looked like he was going to be a great running back and he barely played this year. Try real games. Tuttle played well. Orji isn’t trusted to throw the ball. Our RBs have made more throws.

@markchester7132 so because Hall barely played on a roster with Blake Corum, Donovan, and K.M. he's a bust? #1 One of Orji's plays in the Rosebowl was supposed to be a fake run and then throw but it was covered so he wisely killed it (unlike JJ's big mistake on the first possession). #2 the Rosebowl practices press coverage interview with Harbaugh one of Orji's plays from practice created so much buzz that coach actually answered the question regarding it. Orji has the potential to get us back to the final four. I highly doubt anyone else on the roster does.

There is absolutely zero evidence pointing toward what you say he can accomplish. I do not root against any Michigan players, but the idea that orgy is going to be this great player when we’ve never seen any evidence of it is ridiculous. Do you even know how many runs he’s had over 10 yards in his to your career? Try four. And one pass.

Wow, you young fellas are rambling and meandering all over the place... What's clear couple of things up about your analysis. 1. Michigan absolutely does want a clear-cut for runner for the QB position, there's a strategic reason for that. 2. Daniels I believe s a true freshman, he should have no reasonable expectation to touch the football during regular play unless Michigan has some random games with their excessively up front play, and can afford the snaps - he'll be fine this is his first year. 3. As for Orji and Denegal, those two will duke it out... Can I have a sinking suspicion like everyone else, that Alex Orji will emerge is the front-runner, with Denegal is the backup, which would not hurt. Jack Tuttle is not a dual-threat quarterback he's more like a father figure is a 6-year return, he isn't and rightfully so having no real expectation of actually ever touching a snap except in the situations where Jade McDaniel would, but they would advance Daniel to take the snack because they need tape on him and he needs snaps. Right now everything is moving forward at a anticipatory pace... I think that Sherrone Moore has exhibited a savvy people didn't expect him to which is actually really really good. So I think there's a lot of excitement with this year's squad, team 145 will come in with a chip on their shoulder to see if they can outdo their predecessor "Iron sharpens iron" fellas... First off, I’m not a young guy. I’m 66 and a retired football coach. Did you now that in a similar number of game appearances Tuttle has more carries over ten yards than does Orji? I didn’t think so. Orji was a 56% passer in his best year in high school. That’s very low. You’re banking on him suddenly being a far more accurate passer than he’s ever been… Whoever wins the QB battle, I will fully support. There’s a very good chance that he’s on another roster currently. I just want to keep on winning. 😉👍🏼

@@markchester7132 I spoke generally, not as a jab... as for Tuttle and Orji, if Tuttle did more, he'd be used more. I'm from Ann Arbor, grew up there... went to school there and played ball there - so I hear you. Sherrone Moore is in a good place, he's got a stable of effective QBs - he's just got to test he has to know what he's got and how to use it. This is a good place for Michigan to be in - M Go Blue 🏈

I’m a show me guy and I coached football for a long time. I was on Livonia Churchill’s baseball state championship team in 1974 as a sophomore. I’m an EMU grad and student taught and coached at Plymouth Salem. I think Moore gives these kids a solid try and if no one can do it, they get someone in the portal. Orji has to make significant changes to be the guy. He played because of his skill set as a runner. He ran only three plays and they weren’t UM’s regular offense. Those things with his less than average completion percentage makes me think he has an extremely tough road to be the guy. If he does, I will be pulling very hard for him. My response is not meant as an attack either, but the folks pushing Orji as the leader in the competition are not giving any factual statistical support for their view.

@@markchester7132 well, I disagree with your perspective on the adulation due around Alex Orji, he's a different type of quarterback, and I believe you might be falling into the trap of doing what many do in superimposing dropped back passer metrics, over a dual threat quarterback - these are two very different styles of play today. I mean, I get it... but it's not accurate And objectively speaking, you can't really compare them, but you can contrast them. Digressing slightly, by the way, my aunt was a star basketball player for EMU back in the day... you and I are in a similar age bracket so.... lol Michigan is poised to do damage with the way they are setting up the sideline coaches right know, and I look at this from an executive perspective, I've been running company for almost 30 years... effective management practices never change, what's going on at Michigan is very encouraging right now 👍

Alex, orgy in my opinion, is not the kind of talent you completely change your offense for. He hasn’t shown that he has mastered the Michigan offense because every time he was in games this year he didn’t run Michigan’s offense. I’m not falling into any trap at all by the way. I understand when you have a third and medium or third and long you need a quarterback that can convert, or you are punning the ball. JJ led the country in third and long conversions. In the first half of the season opponents loaded the box with eight or nine guys. JJ made them pay for that. It is one reason why Wilson lead the country and touchdown receptions early in the year.
