Awsome information Michael, very informative. It's great to see they did not touch some of the old building and are building around them. I'm glad to see that. Those old building are waiting to get a new lease on lifeand with the bridge opening, they will. Del Ray is gonna ramp up again. Great to see it coming together.

Michael, i have a question. Well, actually, 2. Once the POE grounds and buildings are opened, will you be banned from over that airspace ? Same question for the bridge. Will you be banned from flying above the bridge and around the bridge property and grounds ?
