Thad really isn't a quality starting 4 because he's limited offensively & can't defend his position so if this kid can handle the rock, defend the 2 and 3 and can hit the 3 it's a good trade

super underrated. tends to pound the ball a little too much. but most of that was because he couldn't trust anyone else with the ball. it turned into 4 guys watch and don't move or get open and caris had to create all by himself. a steal for whoever gets him

The Nets have nice building blocks with Rondae Hollis-Jefferson and Caris LeVert. Now if they develop these two in the right way... I'm looking at a Lockdown Defender with good rebounding intensity and a ball-handing scoring do it all....

That would be interesting. He's a very good player, but unfortunately he suffered an injury that forced him to miss many games this year. Clippers could use someone like him.

Ehhhh, I wouldn't say that one is better than the other as you just can't compare the two or even evaluate them the same. You can say that one is a better fit. With that being said, there's a reason why Dawson isn't getting minutes. They probably haven't seen much from him in practice to get those minutes. If the Clippers want a physical G/F who can be physical, grab rebounds and score inside the paint then Dawson is their guy. If they want a player who can shoot, drive in, dish out passes, grab rebounds and add above average defense then LeVert is who they would prefer. Personally, I think LeVert has more upside and could probably come off the bench his rookie season for almost every team. Dawson played for three different D-League teams last season.

Middleton is a shooter, LeVert is a lanky slasher. Two different types of games.

Middleton can drive to the rim and is a lanky defender at the guard or forward spot was my comparison don't go all Skip Bayless on me.
