@@PetePools I agree with you 100 percent she picked the perfect school and the perfect victim and the perfect crime, she led that man on till his willy was about to fall off, all because she knew they didn’t want another Larry Nasser scandal..His only problem is that he bit from the forbidden fruit and it was a test..and he failed. Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned, and this woman has definitely been scorned in her past and it’s hard for Michigan State to say she’s not innocent due to there brutal past and her role as being a sexual assault advocate, pay out and on with the next!!

But ultimately Mel Tucker is responsible for HIS actions that will screw up HIS money and personal life. At that high of profile position you have to know the risk of that behavior....how many men have been burned by 🐈.... Literally and figuratively :-) So to answer your question she may or may not be a contributing factor... doesn't matter. ...Mel Tucker stepped out on his wife. Mel Tucker is responsible for not being able to control a situation that he probably felt was controllable.... MSU delivered the coup de grâce.

Absolutely. Now that we know what she is, I'm curious about the alleged sexual assault that jumpstarted her career as the Sexual Harassment Panda. If there were no witnesses, and it was just "he said, she said", that man needs to go free on appeal. It's hard to feel sympathy for Tucker, but alleging sexual harassment based on a 30-min phone call after a 2-yr relationship that included gift-giving and sexy photo exchanging takes the cake.

So the msu investigator acknowledged they had a consensual relationship. That contradicts what she claimed, plus if he remembers how long the call was and has the text she sent that proves there was something going on. Then she waited from April to December to report it. I think MSU set the whole thing up to get out of paying him. I'd sue for the rest of my 79 mil and both the university and her for defamation

He admitted to jerking it on zoom to a contractor he hired to speak to his team. What that speaking subject matter you say? Sexual assault activist who is herself a rape survivor. It depends on the language in the contract and in the termination notice. If they allege sexual harassment as "cause", he might get all his money. Only a fool believes this was harassment. If they dodge that question and simply condemn him for a public extramarital affair, it comes down to precedent. If everyone on contract who had extramarital affairs was fired for cause, half the superstars in sports including some of the GOAT would have been fired. I think he's getting most of his money, if not all of it.

This school was responsible for most of the children and university student victims in the Larry Nassar scandal, as his employer. Additionally, their own coaches not only condoned the sexual assault of Nassar, they sent him their students as patients and encouraged the girls to continue when they voiced concerns. Michigan State hires nothing but trash.

Let's look at similar cases: Mike Price at Alabama - strippers at a club and his hotel in Florida. Gone and lost $20M lawsuit. Bobby Petrino doing his intern at Arkansas. Lost his $18M buyout. Yep, it looks like the "morals clause" has been violated per his contract.
