We have heard they do tours but haven't had a chance to take one yet. Thanks for letting us know it's a good one. And thanks for watching!

You guys do some awesome overviews of our State parks! Thank you! Be safe out there. Do you guys have a favorite restaurant in Pentwater? And of course, what's the best place for ice cream?

Thank you so much! Honestly, we don't eat out at restaurants much (unless you include ice cream!), but the last time we were in Pentwater, we enjoyed our dinner at Gull Landing. As for ice cream in Pentwater, the Dari Creme up the street from the state park is a winner! Safe travels to you, too. -Ari

How Jessi doesn't weigh 300 lbs is beyond me with all of the ice cream she eats. Maybe you should have contest with the Wynns to see how many different flavors you can find in a year. Nice video, probably not someplace I'm going to camp, but for a day trip it looks like the grandkids might like it. Keep the good videos coming.

Ha! I think the key is Ari pretends not to hear me and keeps on driving when I point out an ice cream store :-) So (unfortunately?) I don't eat it as much as I would on my own, lol. And I'd totally be up for an ice cream flavor challenge. Hmmm... The park is a great place for a day trip. It has one of the nicer beaches I think. Thanks for watching! -Jessi

I think all lake Michigan beaches need a hot tub handy so IF you're crazy enough to get all the way in, (yes I will raise my hand) you can thaw yourself out. I don't think I've ever been over my head more than once voluntarily.

Lake Michigan is one of the warmer Great Lakes! Ever tried dipping your toes into Lake Superior? Now THAT's a lake that needs warming stations on the beach year-round. 😄 Thanks for watching and commenting!

@@Trekers Did the UP camping tour last summer and Superior is definitely a superior cooler. Lake Ontario can get a little warmer since it's one of the smaller lakes, used to go swimming without too many issues when I was a kid.
