Great hunt I never elk hunted before but do you think a cow call would stop a bull better than yelling ?

So Alvin how does this work after you harvest the elk and gut it out you probably kept the liver and heart I'm sure and then you have to call the co out to verify the animal and then you have to check the animal in on top of that is that correct?

Yes the DNR gets called immediately following finding the animal and they come to the kill site.
