I used to think he's a typical meddlesome troublemaker who's scared of change. There will be compulsory redundancies if there is not enough voluntary, although hundreds have left already and making staff pick up the extra work with no reward. Staff are complaining as they can't cope with all the extra workload and alot are leaving because of it
