So I rarely ever comment on videos, but I have no idea how many times I've watched and re-watched your videos and I just gotta say that I absolutely love them! The music fits perfectly with the clips and it conveys the emotion of the Gallavich fandom wonderfully. Anyway, I don't really know if this song was supposed to be Mickey to Ian, or Ian to Mickey, or I'm just trying to find something in between the lines here, but honestly I think it fits perfectly between Gallavich fans to the writers. Like they created this amazing love story that yeahh sure had rough times, but they got through those rough times and were stronger than they ever could've been, only to end up with a big "is this really the end? Who knows?". [I say that cause they didn't really end anything, Mickey just left for Mexico. They left an opening, that Noel has even mentioned, where Mickey could potentially come back sometime in the future if the series continues.] I dunno... All I know is that if I ever find my Mickey, I'm never letting that motherfncker go!

They created these amazing characters with incredible stories and a love so strong that it's been through hell and they're still throwing rocks at them. BigSalamiEdits I was about to hit send on this somewhat long reply about how I agree with bringing Mickey back to Shameless so he and Ian can finally get that happy ending they rightfully deserve, but then I kinda thought better of it and decided that Mickey shouldn't return to Shameless. If he ever does return things might seem okay for a brief moment, but Mickey and Ian will never get a happy ending on Shameless, and then Mickey will have to disappear once again. Our best shot for more Mickey is to have a spin off series of Mickey's adventures in Mexico and then have him sneak back into the US and find Ian again. I'd call it 'I Know This Show Has To Have The Title Shameless In It But I Just Want To Call It Mickey Milkovich Did Everything For You Ian Galagher [And Yes I Know I Spelled Gallagher Like The Tattoo]'. Okayy, maybe we'd have to shorten the title a bit, but a spin-off series would be pretty cool. I mean, many people really like Mickey [like enough to sign petitions to bring him back], and the shameless ratings went down when Noel left, so that's gotta mean something. Right? Now I know this is just me rambling, and what really matters is if Noel would be up for it, or even interested in it if there was a choice, especially cause it really is up to him to make that decision and we have to respect his choice in the end, and I know that both Cameron and Noel kinda have been wanted to step away and move onto other projects, and I'm excited to see what the future holds for them both cause they're both soo talented, but the idea of a show just about Mickey [and possibly Ian in the future] would kinda be amazing.

This song emphasizes the rawness of their story. Mickey suffered so much both physically and emotionally. Unconditional love really should only be between parents and children, not lovers. I head canoned a good and relatively happy life for him in Mexico. It seemed as though I spent most of my time watching this show wishing that he could be happy. In Mexico he fell almost in love with another man whom he trusted enough to bottom for. Then he learnt about Ian going to prison and he knew that he would get messed up in there. So he made the choice to leave. I like the idea that Mickey had options. It wasn't Ian or nothing.

Ian is Bi-polar. If Mickey stopped him from joining the army then there would have been another trigger that would have led to his inevitable diagnoses. Mickey showed his love, Ian saw it, but Mickey was not ready to come out as gay. Mickey was right when he said his father would kill him, after all, Terry used Svetlana to rape Mickey, or "fuck the gay out" of him. That was traumatic. Mickey out of fear was not ready.

Omg this is one of the saddest moments in the whole show! It’s after Mickey beat him up in that field (“you love me...and you’re gay” scene) he was crying probably because getting beat up hurt but also because Mickey couldn’t admit his feelings for Ian and he was going to get married 😫

It is a very sad scene. Ian isn't crying from the fight, he's crying because he's so heartbroken over Mickey getting married. It's the moment when he realizes there's nothing he can do stop the wedding, and that he won't get to have Mickey as his own. That's why he's sobbing like that. (But thats not the saddest scene.... the saddest scene is definitely when Terry comes home early and ruins their couple of days together alone. I keep wishing that they had at least gotten all the time together before Terry showed up. I'm sure they were looking forward to the alone time.)
