To clear up some things that you may be wondering, that guy with the horns is supposed to be Satan. Also, one reason why Mickey was so prone to bad thoughts and depression was because according to his lore, he also lost Donald, Goofy, and Pluto. Donald and Goofy were lost to a car accident and Pluto just went missing (presumedly going with that tall mouse that Minnie fell for). So losing his one and only love left him with no one, and Satan used that to torment him for all eternity. In reality, Mickey's story shows how cruel this world can be more than a scary cartoon mouse.

Time to be a NEERRRDD!!: Basically the Good Ending is only a Good Ending for BF. If BF succeeds…. Mickey at the very least finds a sort of Peace with himself. Also BF doesn’t Go to Hell. Basically the Devil wants to, or is using Mickey as a host depending on what Ending you choose. Brick of Friendship: Julian, or Monkey, is a Mickey Lookalike in March of the Wooden Soldiers. It is a Monkey in a Mickey Mouse Costume and the reason why he’s here is because A. The Costume in the Movie is Creepy af and B. Reports of the Monkey that was inside the suit reveal that the directors and cast feared that it couldn’t breathe inside the suit. This was sorta before the time where Animal Cruelty wasn’t cared about in films, but the film team genuinely cared about the Monkeys safety. Father, I Crave Cheddar: A Statue that was found in a Schools Art Project Contest that later became a meme and a Creepypasta. Taken out of the Spooky Context, the image is honestly funny af. But basically the statue will do anything for Cheddar, including Murder.

LORE Mickey in the main week is being influenced by Satan due to BF interrupting the story. Stuff such as Mickey laughing evily and attempting murder isn't his fault, but rather Satan directly puppeterring him to get BF out the picture. Satan is so fascinated with Mickey that he'll do anything to make sure he dies and goes to Hell, because he wants to see him suffer 24/7. - In the ending, both Mickey and BF are dragged to hell, BF specifically becase he got in Satan's way. The two are doomed to be entertainment for all eternity, with Vesnia being a peek at what the aftermath is. - Julian (Brick of Friendship) and Cheddar (Father, I Crave Cheddar) are based off a Mickey costume worn by a monkey and a disturbing statue, respectively. In the mod's lore, they're actually reincarnations of Mickey from the main week that BF is cursed to always come across, no matter where he runs or goes. - Julian is a Mickey with memory loss who's permanently stuck in a costume and struggling to breathe. However, his happy go lucky personality remains, even if he can't even remember who he is. - Cheddar is a painfully agonized Mickey who is always hungry. His brain is described as "literally mush", being unable to think about anything other than food (which he can only call Cheddar due to his limited brainpower). The various uses of Disney songs are meant to be his brief moments of remembering who he is, but they always pass before he can actually figure it out. - The Among Us Songs aren't lore important, but I guess you could see them as an alternate timeline? Same for the Madness ones. - The Too Slow cover is a "What if?" scenario where Mickey (dubbed Miki to differentiate him from the main week version) actually comes to enjoy being Satan's puppet, so much so he can willingly fuse with him. Apparently his voiceline in the middle is a refernece to a voice actor called David Near, who did a frightening Suicide Mouse voice a few years back. - Untold Lonliness is, due to being a D-Sides horror song, a swap scenario where Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, the true first Disney mascot, is trapped in a world with no one else to talk to or see. Unlike Mickey, who is doomed to die and go to Hell, Oswald is doomed to never die and be stuck in the world of the living, specifically because his version of Satan (dubbed Waton by the devs) refuses to let him, making him a permanently "lucky" rabbit and making him unable to kill himself. - Leak Mah Balls is just a gag song meant to poke fun at leakers and isn't canon at all, though a "suicide" version of Felix the Cat is seen in the background as an easter egg.

tbh, i think the beginning of the video showing the fake true ending is just showing how depression is, its not easy to be happy. It lasts for a long time. The demon could be his depression and its weak at the beginning because hes starting to be a little happier but it comes back again, and stronger, as mickey realizes the other problems with his life.
