If this had been for "Da drugs A to Z bubba" then I'd have said Sheik is guilty as hell. But being related to, and being friends with pro wrestlers I have personally seen 'fans' after shows and at bars try and step up and try to insult or engage in fights, believeing these guys are who they are 24/7.. I could see people (before fans knew what it was all about) trying to fck with Sheik... But Sheik in the 80s was a tough son of a bitch, and these were the day when guys would beat the hell out of the anybody who tried to bring the curtain of reality down.. Back in 1985 Sheik was arrested after getting into a scuffle with a 17 year-old gas station attendant in Connecticut. Apparently the kid was a fan of wrestling, but not of Sheik. . . The judge of the case was a wrestling fan as well, so Sheik's attorney, Mickey Sherman got the idea to use everyone in the video as a character witness. It must have worked 'cause the Sheik received "accelerated rehabilitation" and no jail time.
