A bit of an oops with the publish of this video. I was intending it to be published tomorrow as I hadn't finished editing Part 2... So, you'll have to wait until tomorrow for that!

I was gonna click on the link at the end of the video / thought that was for part 2 but came here first to ask you to not play music ontop of talking. It was a great thing when video makers first started doing it. I had no idea i needed preoccupying. But with video's that needs studious attention the music makes it hard work for me. Plus i wear two hearing aids and get tinnitus if i have to strain to hear.

Not a problem. Need time to digest part 1. 👍

Thanks for mentioning my ESP32 Coincell project. I’m constantly making it better and have it down to 90uA now instead of 200 where it started out. Removing one line off the accelerometer and a better LDO has improved things. Rev3 is away for manufacturing with quite a few changes and improvements.

Hey mate, NP. Good to hear. 90uA is pretty low. I don't think even Andreas got it that low, but I suspect he was using a stock ESP32 module.

You could build some novel devices with that Pi printer.

Can't see that Pinball score counter clock board having much demand. Not a easy thing to find in working condition and really noisy when running. But good luck to them, gets their name out there.

Yeah, they mention it's quite loud.

The Air Quality Sensor looks nice. I would like a sensor for VOC, namely formaldehyde. Pity it's beyond my knowledge to get a GUI of data meters
@MickMake5 жыл бұрын
I think they already have a GUI for you.

I always thought you should split the new products into 2 - one for not yet available crowdfunded ideas and one for things I can buy right now.
@MickMake5 жыл бұрын
I tend to only put up things that you can get right now and just-about-to-be-released. So there's a tonne of stuff that I don't cover in the not-ready-yet category.

451°F is the temperature at which paper starts to burn... I'm an renowned expert on this topic world wide... just I don't burn paper for silicon games anymore... ok... somehow I do.. but not for Blinking Lights... rather for Blinking Eyes... however... I still enjoy your vids. THUMBS UP³

Btw the usage of the term Phantom in this article is very wrong. The antenna device is not a phantom. A phantom is a replacement of a real object in order to test a device.
@MickMake5 жыл бұрын
Ah, interesting... I was going by their campaign page: "Spectra is designed to be used with a small tank (called a “phantom” in biomedical imaging circles) to image anything inside the tank."

Yeah, that was a bugger. He did claim to be "sick", but I've noticed that he's still active on some forums. Alas Kickstarter doesn't really care... They have their money.
