On the windowsxlite main webpage (search on google), go to the "downloads" tab at the top, then scroll down and click on "x86 builds" then select "Micro 10 SE x86".

On the WindowsXlite website, go to Downloads > Ultralight > Micro 10 x64 & x86 available > Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you'll find "Download Link" - It's a third party cloud link so watch out for pop up ads or fake downloads when you open the download page.
