Jim, I installed one of these and then found your channel. I wanted to point out to anyone thinking of installing this thermostat that there is a great benefit that might matter to you that is not really mentioned anywhere. This thermostat will let you run the furnace and AC FAN at the same time. This is great if you like the white noise from the AC Fan while sleeping and need heat.

Thanks Jim, useful video. I'm consideirng one of these and was wondering if you happened to see how much power this little guy draws? My gut says it would minimal, but I'm a boondocker and sometimes every little bit adds up....

I didn't try to measure the thermostat's power draw. But it can't be much. Probably not more than a couple hundred milliamps.

EVERY THING ABOUT THIS IS NOT GOING TO WORK ON MY DOMETIC CCC2!!!! It has an rj11 phone jack to hook it up!
