I know you mentioned that you have to have money upfront to purchase the items the contractors are requesting bids on. But are there contracts out there that you bid on that the Government fronts you the money on to get started once youve won the bid????

I haven't seen that for Micro-Purchasing but I saw on Eric Coffie's channel a diaper purchasing program that offered what they called "grant" money upfront. It's the only time I've seen this but I haven't been looking honestly. The "grant" is just cost of doing business so you are still basically paying it back. Also, you have P-cards that government agencies use for Micro-Purchasing. Instead of Net60, Net45, Net30, you get the money much sooner in like 3 days.
