Good informative video. I've been hankering for a winter trip to Cumbria to explore the fells but travel restrictions have put an end to that. Fingers crossed for better times and freedom next winter.

Nice video John, the Pogu work a treat on ice not so good in soft snow as build up in sole with snow very quickly..hopefully lock down will ease soon and we can all the outdoors again 👍👍

I found the Pogu spikes best suited to walking the dog on icy pavements, they were great for that. The Kahtoola KTS crampons have some anti balling skins to put on the bottom, which should help them work in soft snow- I just need to snow here to test them out ❄👍

If only we had some snow ❄. I did the cold weather garden camp (it was -3 deg), and the video of this will be up on Friday 29th Jan (next weeks video is an astronomy one).
