I took LSD at 2pm and fell asleep at 7am. So the stimulating effects last 16-17 hours. I plan to do it everyday starting at 5-6am. How do I counter the insomnia effects? Magnesium chloride and sleeping drugs don't work. Is there a better alternative to lsd as a nootropic? Everything that I took before pales in comparison to lsd

I’m new to lsd microdosing myself. You’re doing it everyday? I might do the same. I think with the continue usage of lsd your mind adjust and you’ll be able to sleep at a better time.

How do you know what the content is of a tab of LSD? It's not legally available as a reliable pharmaceutical product.

use a test kit

your supplier may be a little bit shitty. just assume that it's somewhere between 100 to 200 ug, test different doses and compare the effect.

Everybody metabolizes LSD differently. Some 12 hours, me 16-17 hours, you 19 hours. Is there a way around the insomnia problem?
