Microlocs on short 4c hair! Installation Day part 4/4

This is the end of day 1’s content! Once I wet these locs, the shrinkage was real but it made them super cute! After years of adding chemicals and protective styles to my hair I’ve finally said enough is enough! Well actually my hair made that choice for me. I think I suffer from what they call traction alopecia on these edges of mine cause they gone gone. I decided to loc my hair after doing extensive research and loving the results I’ve seen with other women. Plus they are so cute!

I actually like them best wet!! Just get up, shower and moisture, rub thru and go!!!

You have to wet them after the installation to get your curl pattern going because they use some type of braiding or loc gel when establishing the locs. This Will be what they look like as they grow. I’m extremely pleased 😄
