My criteria for MVP is simple: how would the team he plays for holds up without that player? And, I have to say in all honesty that I believe that the Bills are the more diminished team w/o Allen than the Lions are w/o Goff. I have to give a slight edge to Allen…at this point in the season.

I don't know if they should bring Carlton Davis or not. He's been solid but injuries have once again taken him off the field and this has probably been a good year compared to the last couple. It depends on how much his contract would be, if it's team friendly, sure but Detroit is a destination for free agents now, you have a couple young players as well so I don't think it's a must.
