Coz it usually takes 6 months to a year for the scars to completely disappear from the skin. I mean you can show results after a year , but usually patient doesnt come back after a year or so just so his or her results can be recorded so...

Needling scarred my skin I would never do it again. I use the skin potion recipe filled with Vit C to heal from the inside from Anthony William Medical Medium. I love his Cleanse to Heal book. Vit C and antioxidant’s are what heals the skin.

If they dont do it deep enough for blood to come through then the recovery is less intense. I have delicate skin and had someone microneedle my pregnancy scars on my belly last winter and she brought it to blood. My body tried scabbing and I knew that would create scars so I ended up putting burn gel strips on it and it did prevent damage. Some areas are still pink but they are at least smooth. I would do it again but just with less intensity and it would prob take some extra treatments. You can typically only do them once a month so the skin has time to repair

Depends on your skin type, issue to treat, thickness of needle, and your own follow up care. Skin prone to keloid scares is riskier. It’s literally tiny needles injuring your skin like a tattoo.
