I do a fair bit of vocal recording, and came here to see how you process your vocals. You are spot on with everything and you explain everything in such an easy to understand way. This is a great tool for anyone getting into voice acting / podcasting / etc. and I'll definitely send people your way if they want a comprehensive voice mixing tutorial. (I also love that you always say "This is how I do it, but there are other options to suit your needs") Thanks Adam!

I'm not even gonna watch the vid, but I know from scrubbing through it that this is quality. Might even help me in the future who knows!

Thanks for the video, man! I've always had a hard time really learning from videos on EQ and stuff for voiceovers but this one was actually really helpful!

Unironically taking notes as I watch through this lol, I've been pretty agitated with my audio quality lately and with a record due soon I hope to start cleaning things up EDIT: First impression after finishing and trying some of it out is I need to get (pirate) Audition or something similar, Audacity just isn't gonna cut it haha

Audacity, if it can load VST plugins which I think it can, should be fine. Take a look at some of the fantastic free plugins for your needs and try them before switching DAW. As an example, in this video I'm barely using Audition's stock plugins.

The fact that the basics are almost 1 hour long is why I hate all things computer. Thank god videogaming is idiot proof.
