Microphone Sanitizing

During this terrible Covid-19 virus season, here's what we've been doing and continue to do to keep our equipment germ free and our microphones sanitized. Of course many gigs will be postponed or even worse, cancelled, but we'll stay diligent even after the virus has passed to ensure the safety of our clients.

Thanks for the tips, I have sanitizing wipes in my bag, just got some mic covers and gloves, I only wish they had small cans of lysol. Any tips for during the show or event?

I put all of them them in boiling water for a few minutes then remove and dry the foam overnight.

Joe , it only takes one minute to kill germs but I go five. I pat dry the foam to expedite the dry time as well.
