Where was this video when I was first learning microscopy? It would have cleared up a lot! I've been doing microscopy professionally for over 10 years now, and this still managed to teach me a lot that I didn't properly understand. Thank you, Steve Ross!

when using light microscope do you start the largest or smallest distance between the lens and specimen/why?
