Some people simply do not have that part of their brain to understand listener confusion. They are just rambling stuff memorised. This speech is pure example of that.

It's very hard to find a talk or webinar to go further than (asking the question should not change the answer), I have a feeling most of the CQRS and Event Sourcing practitioners didn't go further than the headlines of both architectures, do you have a real scenario where you have applied CQRS and Event Sourcing? what problems you have faced? were you able to keep DDD patterns with CQRS for example when using NoSQL storage for write models? what issues you had faced when you have used the integration patterns? updating the read model implies lot of challenges what have you encountered in your daily work? ... unfortunately no one is able to go beyond basics .. you feel it in the spooky mechanical language and uncertainty when touching on very important details.

You are right. I haven't found a single video that concretely tells what to do, how to implement stuff. The concepts are fine, but the implementation is really important.
