Hello good morning from where I am, I need help with a small issue please I have a table with fields (ID and NAME) I set the primary key to NAME but I want to filter it by ID. This method in the video works just in the table menu but when I view it in a form it reset to sort by NAME. How can I set it to sort by ID by default without changing the primary key and without applying any filters?

Your primary key should be the ID. Sorting is done with queries.

What if I want to show each city & person then sort by number of city, like how many are in each city?

The information you provide is pure gold, but the way you present is not great. Make short videos and focus on the important details, this way can reach x1000 more views.

My goal isn't to get views. I teach how I teach. Unfortunately, the younger generation likes their 30 second TikTok videos to suit their short attention spans. Learning a complex topic like Access PROPERLY takes an investment in time. If you don't like my style, there are a thousand other people online making videos.

Coming from someone who has a grand total of 20 views on 2 videos totaling 63 whole seconds maybe you should follow @Computer Learning Zone lead rather than criticize.
