+Heidi Gentry-Kolen Thank you for your response. I've been searching KZbin for a video on multi-value tables because my union queries have reached the 255 character limit. It was suggested to me that I create a separate table with all the possible permutations of my queries & link them somehow so that I wouldn't be writing 40-page union queries instead. That's what I would like to see. Sub'd by the way.

works well... But my problem is this. I have a report which is targeted from a navigation button form. When I filter some fields, right click for print preview is not available. So, I use a command button to preview the report. But the problem is it doesn't previewing the filtered fields but rather previewing the whole report. Can you help me on this regard?

+carlos guevarra check the filter icon in the column header and the record navigator bar to make sure it indicates that the current view is filtered
