Add Forms app. You can prepare polls before and publish during meeting. If you don't see the App button during meetings, check with IT if they have blocked it.

Hello @TheHugoballs. For function and room booking you need to create a resource in Microsoft Exchange for rooms or equipment. Talk to your IT person. While using regular calendar bookings in Outlook you can add a resource as an invitee. For this purpose Bookings is not required at all. Bookings is to create pre-defined time slots for a specific purpose (consultation, review, coaching, etc.) Neither Bookings appr nor Outlook calendar supports billing or payment integration. can we integrate sms with it in india

Currently (Jul 2023) SMS notification is available natively in UK, US and Canada. If you want to do it for any other country, you need a third party provider which gives you API access. Then use Power Automate which looks at your appointments and trigger the SMS.
