Dataverse is a secure and enterprise ready data storage system that comes along with the Power Platform services. Dataverse is made available in Copilot studio via the Knowledge feature. In this video, I will walk you through how to connect to a Dataverse table and leverage it in your custom copilot.

Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I have a suggestion: it would be helpful to add a video number to each video so that it is easier for users to follow the content from start to finish, progressing from basic to advanced as they move on to the next video.

Thanks for your great video. The reference doesn't provide a specific answer to the prompt. Can it be adjusted to only show relevant items, such as the 8 coffee machines, and exclude the rest?

Hi Daniel, thank you so much for this helpful video. Could you please guide me as after adding the dataverse in the knowledge of the copilot studio, the status is showing Unknown instead of ready. Any idea how I could resolve it ?

click on the list provided by copliot as a result of the query opening the table or data in dataverse table. this way user can access the table, Can this be changed to an Excel sheet download?

Yes. The security rule tied to the Dataverse table controls the access, not the Copilot.
