Not sure but may be a correction @32:36, if you have already onboarded this machine to another MDATP tenant, you have to Offboard it (not onboard) it before you want to onboard onto a new one. You cannot just run onboarding script onto an already onboarded machine.

We can use it only cloud base saas model.we can add exclusion in defender

SCEP (System Center Endpoint Protection) is the client you use on 2008R2/2012R2

also this is quite confusing , having some policy on security.microsoft and other policies on endpoint.microsoft is not very straight forward , also note they no longer use the word defender ATP on current version its just microsoft defender for endpoints
