If we create powerBI report in fabric and we published it and send it to other person with you only access and if that person access it will it cost to that person and if yes how much it will cost.. Please let me know

To run Fabric, You need a Fabric Capacity, and pro license for everyone, who want to use Power BI. But F64 onward, you do not need license for viewer. Capacity is used to run power bi queries, DW/Lakehouse, Notebooks etc. and It can be assigned to workspace.
